Chris Wille has been working for Ameriprise Financial for the past four years as an Assistant Financial Planner under the guidance of the #1 Advisor in the nation for the company. He assists in preparing investment recommendations for Microsoft Millionaires. Not only does he look at client specific portfolio’s, he is also responsible for tracking the performance of various stocks, bonds and mutual funds. Moving from the Corporate side of Finance to the Personal side of the Finance industry has definitely opened his eyes to the opportunities and luxuries that lie in the Sole-Proprietor realm that could not be obtained through a red-tape and hierarchical structure.
Cascadia Community College
Prior to his time at Ameriprise Financial, Chris spent a few years at Cascadia Community College as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This was a key position which assisted Chris to come to the determination that Finance would help open the doors to his near future. Using his high attention to detail, Chris assisted the college in building tracking systems which played an integral role in maintaining and collecting on the third party accounts. These systems helped with the tracking of invoices, recording payments and billing past due accounts.
